ORDERING
You can place your order by adding products to your shopping cart and paying them at checkout. All customer data are processed confidentially. The information asked during the order process is used only for delivery and clarifying possible problems during the delivery. We expect you to read the up-to-date terms and conditions when ordering from our web store.

Paytrail (Paytrail Oyj , y-tunnus 2122839-7) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paytrail Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Paytrail Oyj. Paytrail / Paytrail Oyj is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Bambora is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Euroloan: Euroloan Consumer Finance Oyj (2159120-9) is a Finnish financing institution operating since 2007. Euroloan invoice and part-payment is available to over 20 years old consumers having a permanent address in Finland. The payment method is enabled for payments from 10 to 2000 eur. The part-payment is invoiced every 30 days. For example, the annualized percentage rate for a 1500 eur credit is 27,9 % when the payment term is 12 months.
Euroloan Consumer Finance Oyj reserves a right to review the credibility and the address information of consumers using Euroloan invoice or part-payment. The consumer is also requested the provide the personal id number. The credit is approved or declined based on this review. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You have the right to return your order or part of it within 18 days after the order has been delivered to you. Return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn/unused condition in the original packaging for a full refund. Before you return the product(s) please contact our customer service by email at info@zio.fi and ask for return form and information.
Please note that for orders outside Finland you'll be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
PROBLEMS WITH THE ORDER
If the product has suffered damage or has been lost during the delivery or it doesn’t respond to your order in another way, we expect you to inform us within 14 days of the expected delivery time. If the package has been damaged during the delivery, you should make an instant reclamation at the post office when collecting the package.

RETURNS AND RECLAMATIONS
We take customer satisfaction seriously and stand behind the quality of our products. If you would like to exchange or return an item you purchased at one of our boutiques or via the online shop, you can do so within 18 days of purchase or 18 days of the date of delivery.
All returns must be in unworn, resalable condition, and in the original packaging. If there is a factory defect, you can make a reclamation, and we will fix the problem, replace the product, or issue a refund.
We cannot guarantee acceptance of a return or refund if:
• Returns are made beyond the 20-day limit
• The customer does not provide a proof of purchase
• The items have been worn or damaged, with the exception of factory defects
• Reclamations are deemed to at the fault of the customer and not a factory defect
• The return was damaged or lost during mailing due to improper packaging or mislabelling
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IN STORE
If you would like to make a return in the store, please bring your unworn, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging, along with your receipt or online order confirmation.
If your returns are accepted, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. If you are making an exchange, you can also do so right away, provided the item you wish you exchange for is available in the shop.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BY POST
If you would like to make an online order return by post, please securely package your unworn, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging, along with the receipt.
You can exchange the product for a different colour or size, or return the product and purchase something else. We allow only two free exchanges per order. After two exchanges, we will add a €5 surcharge to all shipments.
All deliveries within Finland will include a prepaid return label, allowing you to ship your order back to us for free. We will not reimburse any shipping fees if the customer does not utilise our return label.
If you originally purchased the item in one of our boutiques, you may ship your returns to our warehouse as well. Please make sure you include the merchandise in its original packaging along with the purchase receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the shipping costs for self-mailed returns. Please keep a copy of the receipt before mailing our the merchandise in case there are any problems.
If you are shipping the merchandise back via another service, make a note of the tracking number when you send back the item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise if shipped incorrectly.
If you are making a reclamation, please provide the reason for your return so we can assess the product for factory defects.

FOREIGN RETURNS
If you ordered from abroad, you can make a return by post. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Please make a note of the tracking number or shipping confirmation when you send back the item. All items must be securely posted in the original packaging with a receipt. We are not liable for lost or damaged merchandise if shipped incorrectly.

RECLAMATIONS
We provide a factory guarantee on all our merchandise. Should you receive a defective product, please return it to one of our shops or by post. Defective products will be fixed or exchanged for a replacement. In the case that we cannot provide you with a replacement, you will be issued a refund.
If you are making a reclamation in store, please bring the merchandise in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are making a reclamation by post, please state the problem with the product on the receipt. All reclamations, whether received in store or via post, must first be assessed by our returns specialists for factory defects.
Once our warehouse staff receives the returned product, please allow several business days for inspection.
If your reclamation is approved, we will send you a new or fixed product. If the defect is deemed to be the fault of the customer, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
Please keep in mind that while online orders are shipped out via expedited postal service, returns are sent back via economy shipping, and therefore can take 7-14 business days to reach our warehouse.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed as soon as the return has been accepted. In the shops, this can be issued immediately. If the items are shipped to our warehouse, the returns department must first assess the product for any damage before a refund is issued.
All refunds are issued in the same form of payment. In the case that this cannot be done, a store credit will be provided.
Please keep in mind that while online orders are shipped out via expedited postal service, returns are sent back via economy shipping, and therefore can take 7-14 business days to reach our warehouse.
