Shipping policy
Products purchased from Zion's online store come with a 20-day free return policy (the return policy also applies to discounted items on the online store). The return period starts from the receipt of the product. The item to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The return policy also covers damaged products or incorrect deliveries.
Hygiene products are not eligible for returns as they cannot be resold due to their nature. Such products include, for example, socks, insoles, face masks, hand sanitizers, and gel and silicone products intended for skin contact.

If you wish to return a product/products, please follow these steps:
- Place the order confirmation inside the shipment package. You can also print the order confirmation from your own email.
- Carefully pack the item/items to be returned along with the return form into the original packaging or another durable package.
- Affix the Posti return label provided with the order onto the package.
Alternatively, you can write the following information on the package:

Returning the package is free of charge for you. Drop off the package at your nearest post office. For more information, please visit Posti's website at https://www.posti.fi/henkiloasiakkaat/palautapaketti/
You can also return the products you ordered online to our store at Zio, Aleksanterinkatu 15, 00100 Helsinki. If you picked up your package from a parcel locker, you have 7 days from the date of pickup to return the package using the same code you used to retrieve it. The package can be returned to any parcel locker. Alternatively, you can return the package to any Posti service point.
- If you return the entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs to you. We do not refund shipping costs for unclaimed or partial returns. Keep the receipt for your return if you use Posti for the return shipment. The sender, i.e., the customer, is responsible for the return shipment.
Refunds All refunds and returns for orders placed in the online store are processed through the online store systems. Therefore, when you return products to the store, you will not receive your money back immediately; instead, the refund will be processed later according to the payment method used for your order. We will refund the returned products as soon as possible after we have received notification of the return from our warehouse or store.
Changing or canceling an order Once you have paid for your order, you cannot make any changes to it.
Product Exchange If you wish to exchange the size or color of the product you ordered, you can place a new order immediately from the online store and return the desired product free of charge. You can immediately see in the online store whether the desired size or color is available.
Office returns Posti keeps packages for 7 days, after which they will be returned to the sender if they have not been collected from a Posti service point or parcel locker. When the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the order; however, we do not refund shipping costs, which remain the customer's responsibility.
Quality control/product complaints For matters related to product complaints, we recommend contacting our quality control department directly at info@zio.fi or by phone at +358 (0)40 558 1064.
Our goal is to provide the customer with assistance for a faulty product as quickly as possible, so we recommend that the customer first contact our quality control department. This way, the customer will receive direct information about the estimated processing time and procedure.
Warranty and service Warranty requires that the product is used for its intended purpose and maintained according to the care instructions. In addition to this, all Zion products come with a minimum 6-month warranty in accordance with Finnish legislation. The warranty period is product-specific and varies by product category. If the product has a manufacturing defect or malfunction, please contact our quality control department directly. They can be reached most efficiently via email at info@zio.fi. If possible, please attach a photo of the product and the area where the issue occurs.
