To be sure of the right size for you, we recommend measuring your feet from heel to toe. Here's how it's easy:

1. Tape a piece of paper to the floor next to the wall and step on it
2. Stand straight and put your heel against the wall
3. Mark the longest point of your foot on the paper with a pencil
4. Repeat the same with the other leg, because the left and right leg can be different sizes
5. Measure the mark you drew on the paper from heel to toe. We recommend adding 5mm to the length, so that the necessary room for movement remains in the footwear.
