Online store
ZIO.fi (ZIO 2 Oy Business ID 0852645-3) sells products to adult individuals in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs. We also provide our service with a satisfaction guarantee that guarantees the safety of our online store. It entitles you to check the products received within the specified check period notified before your money is paid to us from the payment service. This way you can be sure that the products you order will be delivered to you within the promised time and condition, even if you don't know our store before.
 
Order
The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order will be sent by paying the contents of the shopping cart at the cashier's cashier's operation. Payment methods
You can pay through PayForm with online banking, credit/debit, invoice or installment. Flexibility: You can pay flexibility with an invoice or installment in more than 4,000 Finnish online stores. The invoice gives you a 14 day payment period (billing fee EUR 4.90) and with installment max. 12 months payment period (billing fee EUR 4.90 and monthly rate 2.42 %). Euroloan: With Euroloa's invoice, you can get the products you ordered before paying and 14 days non -interest -free payment time. You can also conveniently convert the invoice to a installment. When paying for Euroloa's installment, you can choose the payment period that suits you (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months) and get the products you order before payment. You can also pay the full amount at any time at a time without additional costs. Customers living in Finland over 20 years of age can be selected as the Euroloa invoice or installment payment. The payment method is possible for shopping of € 10-2000. Klarna's payment methods

  • Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the delivery of the products. Klarna invoice terms are available here.
  • Flexible Batch Fee: You can pay for your purchases flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/100 of the amount of debt (but always at least EUR 5,00, including interest on the remaining debt).
  • Fixed Batch Fee: You can choose from different monthly installments at checkout. The items decrease monthly as the unpaid credit amount decreases.
  • Campaign invoice: If the purchase has been offered the possibility of extended 1-3 months for a start -up fee (eg "buy now, pay in February"), you can pay for purchases in accordance with the terms of the campaign invoice.

Delivery method and - expenses
Orders for more than € 100 will be delivered without shipping.

Delivery costs according to the order of less than € 100 (5-15 euros). The shipping costs abroad starts from 25 euros. We deliver orders as recorded (eg mail packages) or as an unregistered editorial office, which can be followed by a shipment ID.

Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland are 1-5 days depending on the order and delivery method. More detailed times are reported in connection with the product options. We are not responsible for the delays caused by the overwhelming obstacle or the indirect disadvantages caused by delays. Abnormal delivery times are announced on the front page of the online store.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email.

Returns
The products ordered from the online store have a 20-day replacement and return policy. The customer has the right to replace or return a part or any order of the order. The product can be changed to another size or color. If you want to switch to another product, we kindly ask you to return the product you purchased and place a new order for the product you want. Products to be returned or replaceable must be in the original packaging and in terms of sale.

Hygiene products have no right of return as they are not returned for sale because of their nature. Such products include socks, insoles, face masks, hand rinses and gel and silicone products coming up against the skin.

Please connect the refunded return form according to the return. For domestic orders, you can switch to another product two (2) times free of charge, after which we charge five (5) euros / shipment. Product return is free.

Returns of Foreign Orders
In foreign orders, the buyer is borne by the return costs. E-commerce customer has a 14-day exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to replace or return a part or any order of the order. Products to be returned or replaceable must be in the original packaging and in terms of sale. If you want to return or switch products from abroad, contact the online store first and ask for a refund.

Cancellation of an order, defective liability and complaints
Before delivery of the order, the order can be canceled by written notification by email.

The e -commerce has a statutory defect liability for the products sold. In cases of complaints, we ask to contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to bring any dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board.
 
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must notify the parties mentioned within 14 days of the error within 14 days. If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be immediately complained of the post.
