Shipping policy
Products purchased from Zion's online store have a 20-day free return policy (the return policy also applies to Ale products in the online store). The return time begins with receiving the product. The product to be returned must be unused, flawless and be in its original packaging. The right of return also applies to damaged products or otherwise incorrect delivery.

Orders for more than € 100 will be delivered without shipping in Finland.

Delivery costs according to the order of less than € 100 (6.70-15 euros). Shipping costs abroad starts from 0-4 euros, depending on the delivery of the country. We deliver orders as recorded (eg mail packages) or as an unregistered editorial office, which can be followed by a shipment ID.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland are 1-8 days depending on the order and delivery method. More detailed times are reported in connection with the product options. We are not responsible for the delays caused by the overwhelming obstacle or the indirect disadvantages caused by delays. Abnormal delivery times are announced on the front page of the online store.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, your email confirmation and mail tracking ID will be sent to your email.
If you want to return the product/products, operate as follows:
1. Put the order confirmation on the transmission package. You can also print your order confirmation from your own email.
2. Pack the product/products to be returned and the return form carefully in the original packaging or other durable package.
3. Glue the mail returning sticker that came with the order.

You can return the package you have picked up from the parcel terminal within 7 days of retrieving the shipment with the same code you picked up the shipment. The package can be returned to any parcel terminal. Alternatively, you can also return the package to any Post office.
4. If you return the entire order, we will also refund your shipping costs. We do not refund the shipping costs in unnecessary or sub -refunds.
Keep your receipt for your return if you make a return via the mail. The sender, or customer, is responsible for the return broadcast.
Refund
All orders made in the online store will be made through e -commerce systems and therefore when returning products to the store you will not get the money back immediately, but the compensation will be made later in accordance with the payment method for your order. We will refund the products you returned as soon as possible after we have been informed of a refund from our warehouse or from the store.
Changing or withdrawal of an order
After paying the order you will no longer make changes to it.
Replacement
If you want to change the size or color of the product you order, you can place a new order right away from the online store and return the product you want for free. In the online store, you can see if the size or color you want is available.
Office refunds
The Post will keep the packages for 7 days, after which the package will be returned to the sender if it has not been picked up from the Post office or from the parcel terminal. However, when the package returns to us, we will make a refund for the order, we will not refund the shipping costs but remain the customer.

Warranty and maintenance
The warranty requires that the product is used for the purpose of which it is designed and is maintained in accordance with the treatment instructions.
In addition, all Zion products have a 6 month warranty under Finnish legislation. The warranty time is product -specific and varies by product group.
